- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This place has been a regular destination for me and my motorcycling friends for many many years. Located in charming Glen Williams. Today I stopped in on my ride from Hamilton for a small snack around 4:15. Ordered and said it was for there, and I was taking out on the patio to enjoy the day. The server asked if she could put it in a to go bag, so she would not have to wash a plate. To me, it was not worth an argument to explain to her what poor customer service that was. Maybe they will start serving everything on bags and napkins maybe paper plates so they dont have to wash anything. I asked about the WiFi they have advertised on the door, she gave me the password. I tried in vain to connect, and then told her I was having a problem connecting. Her answer was "Yeah, it is pretty finicky, doesn't work most of the time" Again, more poor service. Not sure what has happened to the Glen Oven, but does not seem like a place that is concerned with customer service for sure.
