Manager is pretty rude but the employees did a great job regardless, food was made exactly how I wanted it

This afternoon I was greeted by a very nice man who delivered me a complimentary combo to my front door after I called because of an order mix up in the drive thru. Anyone who has run a business knows that mistakes happen and usually I don't complain. However, today was different and I had my 5 month daughter in the car and couldn't go back to the restaurant. This was a very kind act and completely above and beyond the call. Clearly he is committed to improving the business process and I will definitely trust Harveys on Guelph again! Thank you very much, I have never had a burger delivered to my door! Have a nice day!
