  Simply the worse pizza pizza I have ever ordered. Took over 50 minutes to deliver. Delivery driver would not honor 40 minute or free. The driver left with my food. Then came back 15 minutes later and said it was free. When the driver got back he reported that I had stolen the food from him. I will never give pizza pizza a cent for the rest of my life. The food was so bad that I could not eat it. These people have no idea how to run a restaurant or cook food. Driver was extremely dirty looking.

  Had worst experience. Never order again or recommend to anyone. I ordered XL pizza two weeks before with triple chicken toppings. But what I got was thin crest single chicken topping. I filled in the survey with complaint. I was told by rep that they will give $5 credit which will be associated with my phone # and my name, and it can be availed in my next order. I called yesterday to order something and they mentioned to me that there is no credit available after putting me on hold for 10 mins. I was transferred to another rep again and he started everything from the scratch and hung up the phone without completing the conversation, didn't call me back. Worst customer service I have every experienced.

  Clean washrooms, restaurant can be kept cleaner, good customer service which can be bettered.
